If your mornings are anything like mine, you struggle to wake up and get out of bed in the morning. I set multiple alarms in the morning to prolong my sleep. Although, only recently have I found a good way to actually wake up and stay up. It does call for some will-power, though.

Exposure to sunlight or bright light in the morning can help fight insomnia, premenstrual syndrome, and seasonal affective disorder. Also, the vitamin D that comes from the sun can help get your daily nutrition.
