Lebron James is an NBA superstar and is named the best to ever do it by many NBA fans. He hits the gym two-to-three times a day, putting in tremendous hours of work to stay on top of his game. He’s always learning from past situations and improves on weak points he struggles with. Also, he lives by a strict diet he must stay by in order to keep his stamina levels up.
Tom Brady is an NFL superstar quarterback that has dominated the league. He stays on a strict organic diet, avoiding caffeine, dairy, and gluten. He wakes up at 5:30am every day, while showing up to the gym twice a day. Training with the team is usually 4 days a week.
Kobe Bryant Is another NBA legend that is one of the best to ever play. He coined the phrase “Mamba Mentality” which means to constantly aim to be the best version of yourself. There are 5 pillars of the Mamba Mentality: passion, relentlessness, fearlessness, obsession, and resiliency. Kobe used to train 6 hours a day, 6 days a week. 2 Hours of track, 2 hours of weight lifting/cardio, and 2 hours of basketball practice.
To be the best, you have to be a student of the game. You must be passionate and dedicated to your craft consistently. Most importantly, you have to have discipline. We have to have our vision in mind, and execute our dreams. Be the best, and do the best you can!
