The Lion King is the most classic children’s movie of all time. Now, we have (another) sequel coming for the classic film. The film will be titled “Mufasa: The Lion King“. This is the story about King Mufasa, told from Rafiki (son of Nala & Simba), Timon, and Pumbaa. It is sure to be a great film that will bring some nostalgic feeling back to those who saw the first Lion King as a child. The movie will be photorealistic just like the (newer) Lion King film with the same director Barry Jenkins.

Musafa: The Lion King will release on December 20th, 2024. Currently, only the first look (cover photo) is available for the film. No trailer has yet been released.
