We are in a time where it seems like AI is going to dominate the future. We’ve already been seeing rapid improvement of AI in the past couple years, and the impact that it’s had on society. Now, Blumhouse is diving head first into the horror of AI with their new film “AFRAID”. The movie is about a family that just received an AI assistant named AIA. While this system does have many features that are beneficial, the system takes matters into it’s own hands. But trust me, this is no iRobot, this is something far more sinister than that.
