Y-3 was created by the designer Yohji Yamamoto in 2002. He mixed the aesthetic of athletic clothing with business-wear. Their pieces are made very well and always have an interesting touch to them. The clothing always looked a bit futuristic, and you could say that they were before their time.
Y-3 has called on Palace to wrap up their 20 Year: Recoded collaboration series. The Recoded collaborations are archival pieces reimagined.
