The Apple Event was held yesterday, March 8th, discussing some of Apple’s latest technology available soon for purchase.
iPhone SE 2022
Apple has made a newer version of the iPhone SE. In this 2022 version, it is equipped with 5G tech and the latest iPhone processor, A15. It is the perfect size for a phone at 4.7 inches. I still miss my old iPhone SE because of the size, it’s just more convenient. The phone also brought back the TouchID fingerprint sensor (which i’m a huge fan of) and a 12-megapixel rear camera. This is going to hit shelves on March 18 at a retail price of $429.
Mac Studio with M1 Ultra Chip
Apple unveiled a new Mac model called “Mac Studio”. This is a display-less desktop computer. It’s bigger than the Mac Mini and is said that the additional height is used for fans to keep the temperature regulated.
There is also a 27-inch display called “Studio Display” with built in 5K resolution, a camera, speakers, and the M1 Ultra chip. The M1 Ultra chip is the most powerful chip to date for a personal computer.
iPad Air with M1 chip
Apple announced that a new version of iPad will be released March 18 as well. It will retail at $599 with 5G, 12-megapixel camera, and an M1 processor.
Green iPhone 13
The iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 pro gets a paint-job as Apple is adding two new colors. “Green” and “alpine green” colorways will be available to order starting Friday, March 11th.
