This time around, the focus shifts from Timmy to a new protagonist named Hazel Wells. Described as “spunky, fun, curious, and a small fry in a big world,” Hazel will stumble upon Cosmo and Wanda, who are ready to grant wishes after taking a break from the Turner family.
