PUMA and the mega-popular anime series One Piece have joined forces to create a collection of sneakers fit for any pirate aspiring to be the King (or Queen) of the Pirates.
This isn’t the first time these two titans have collaborated. In 2019, PUMA released a line inspired by Sanji, the crew’s charismatic cook, featuring a metallic silver and gold Cell Venom sneaker. This new collection, however, takes a different approach.
This 2024 collection features four unique Puma Suede designs, each inspired by one of the infamous Yonko (Four Emperors) who rule the New World in One Piece:
- Blackbeard: A dark and menacing black and gold Puma Suede pays homage to Blackbeard’s devil fruit power and signature Jolly Roger flag.
- Shanks: A bold red and white colorway channels the fiery spirit of Shanks, Luffy’s idol and a legendary pirate in his own right.
- Gear 5th Luffy: This vibrant design reflects the electrifying power of Luffy’s Gear 5th transformation, with energetic red and blue hues.
- Buggy the Clown: A quirky and unexpected addition, this design features a mix of patterns and colors, embodying the unpredictable nature of Buggy the Clown, a former member of the Roger Pirates.
These aren’t just recolors – each Puma One Piece sneaker boasts unique details that set them apart. Look for co-branded tongues, special hangtags, and subtle One Piece references throughout the designs.
