Halle Bailey stars in a remake of one of the most classic Disney movies ever made: The Little Mermaid. She will be playing the role of Ariel. Since the original in 1989, this will be the first remake of the movie, and this time it will be done live-action. According to Halle Bailey, this remake will be more modern than the original in her interview with THE FACE. Although, the main plot of the story remains the same; Ariel falls in love with a human prince above the water and makes a deal with an evil sea witch named Ursula so that she is able to go on land.
