Junji Ito is truly the master of horror. The books, anime, and movies he’s been a part of have all been pretty terrifying. He’s been a huge inspiration to me after reading the Uzumaki book which covers stories about a town possessed by spirals. Actually, I was so inspired that I made a YouTube video about one of my favorite stories in the book: The Scar. Junji has a new horror manga releasing soon called “Mimi’s Tales of Terror“. This will be different than his other work, because these stories.. are real (allegedly). The manga will cover 9 tales of folklore and urban legends.
