Attack on Titan officially ends it’s anime series tomorrow, on November 4th. It’s been a hell of a ride for 10 years. I’ve said it before.. and I’ll say it again.. this is the best show ever made. Along with many other fans, I will miss the series dearly. Up until the very end, there’s many questions that have gone unanswered. The finale episode (Attack on Titan Final Season Final Chapters Final Episode Special 2) is a movie which spans an hour and a half long.
I’m an anime only, and for years I’ve thought about how it all may come to an end. I’ve had many theories of what I thought was going to happen. Though, the show takes a hard right turn every time and always invalidates my theories. Although, this time (the last time) my theory may be right. What’s more fun than theorizing the night before the end?
How Attack on Titan Ends (My Theory)
The series main character and protagonist (and antagonist) of the story has always been Eren Jaeger. While Eren is the main character, I believe that someone else is the true main character. Armin has always been there, beside Eren for the whole series. His wit is extreme, and he seems to always know the right thing to do. It would seem that Armin has something that he’s hiding. While that may or may not be true, I don’t think he’s the one that is the true main character.
I believe that Mikasa is the true protagonist in the story. Somehow, she’s getting controlled or controlling everything. I don’t think there’s an in-between. I don’t know if she’s a titan or what, I think she’s more like Ymir; A God. She must have some type of power or time travel ability, I can almost guarantee it. While I believe that Mikasa is the “creator” of some sort, but I do not think she has control of Eren; no matter how hard she tries.
Also I believe that Eren is being controlled by past successors, specifically Kruger (successor before Grisha). I also believe that somehow Falco becomes the next successor of the Founding Titan. I believe Armin has royal blood, and he knows way more than he lets on. There’s a possibility that both Annie and Armin possess royal blood, it just makes sense to me. As for Zeke, Levi, Conny, Jean, Onyonkopon, Pieck, Reiner, and Gabi… I have no clue what fate they will endure.
