Meditation has been in a lot of discussions in the past couple years. People say that meditation helps their anxiety, brain fog, and also stress. Mindfulness is a type of meditation you achieve by being aware of your senses and feelings, yet not passing any deep thought nor judgment towards anything.
If you experience day-to-day stress, anxiety, brain fog, panic attacks, brain fog, loss of motivation, or depression, mindfulness is the perfect meditation for you. How do you practice mindfulness? It’s easy, I can show you in 3 easy steps.
- Sit down, and sit up straight in a comfortable area with no distractions
- Gently close your eyes and take deep breaths in and out
- Focus on your breathing, and be aware of thoughts and feelings that come and go, but try not to pay attention to them, nor judge them
By doing this exercise once a day, you will slowly heal from your problems. The amount of time that you meditate for is completely up to you. Do it for as long as you need to. Strangely enough, meditation has cured headaches i’ve had in the past. Also, meditation has helped me when i’m in a creative rut, and to relieve stress. I don’t meditate every day, although, I do it when it’s needed.
