In a recently published study, 382,535 participants without known heart disease nor issues, were followed for 10 years to see if coffee played a role in the development of heart diseases and strokes. The research found that 2-3 cups of coffee every day would give a 10%-15% lower risk of coronary heart disease, heart failure, and heart rhythm problems.
