Beetlejuice was a very weird, yet classic film. It’s basically a “kids horror film”, yet it would be an uneasy watch for anyone i’d imagine. After years of the movie being in development, Beetlejuice 2 has finally announced a release date. The original film, which was released in 1988, was a critical and commercial success, and it has since become a cult classic. The sequel will be directed by Tim Burton, who also directed the original, and it will star Michael Keaton as the titular character and Jenna Ortega has been casted for the film as well.

Beetlejuice 2 is scheduled to be released on September 6, 2024. It’s unfortunate that we have to wait another year for this film. Yet, it should be worth the wait.
