A new Willy Wonka movie has been recently announced. In 2023, we will see Willy Wonka being played by Timothée Chalamet. The movie will be a musical and will allegedly be the prequel before the Chocolate Factory. This is why they chose to use a young actor to play Willy. The new movie will be called “Wonka” and the release date is set for December 15th, 2023.
The first Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory movie released in 1971. This movie was a bit strange but it’s a classic. It followed Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory as kids were granted entry by receiving golden tickets from chocolate bars. The movie is fictional, but there really was a real chocolate river on set.
