Kendrick Lamar had a concert last night celebrating Los Angeles as a whole. The “Ken and Friends Pop Out Show” was a major success. The show bridged the gap between “New LA” and “Old LA” with superstars from both era’s preforming their hits. Last night was a night that united enemies; Kendrick was able to bring different neighborhoods together for a beautiful moment on stage. Kendrick Lamar, Tyler The Creator, DJ Mustard, Dr. Dre, SchoolBoy Q, and Ab-Soul are some of the performers. The night ended with the hit song “Not Like Us” (Drake diss) and was played multiple times to close out the show.
